Pricing
A token is the unit. Most endpoints cost one per successful call, every account gets a thousand a month for nothing, and a failed call never costs anything. Beyond the grant you buy tokens; they do not expire.

Token packages
Prices are net; VAT is added at checkout according to your country. Bought tokens never expire. Buying a package does not change your rate tier — see the table below.
How the wallet behaves
- Only success is billed. The debit runs after the response ships and only for a status under 400. A 4xx, a 5xx, a timeout, a miss: free.
- A miss is never a paid answer. A resource that does not exist, or is not yours, answers 404 with zero cost.
- The grant tops up, it does not stack. The next time the account is used once a month has passed — not on the first, and not on any fixed date — the balance is raised to 1000 if it is below; a paid balance above it is untouched.
- A bounded overdraft, not a refusal. A wallet may go a little below zero rather than fail a request mid-flight; the debt nets out against the next top-up or purchase.
- Partial success bills per item. Batch endpoints that succeed on some items and fail on others bill the successful ones, with a floor of one.
- Prices are net. VAT is added at checkout according to your country.

A tier is a property of the account, not of the wallet. Pro and Enterprise are granted per account by arrangement; buying tokens does not move you between tiers.
Products built on the platform
dash-b, castomUI, castomFlow and the rest have their own plans for their own features. Their calls into castomAPI draw from your wallet like any other call — one balance, one ledger. A product you build can define its own plans in Billing and charge its customers through Pay.
Questions
Do free tokens roll over?
No. The balance is topped up to 1000 each month; unspent free tokens do not stockpile. Paid tokens are separate and never expire.
Is there a monthly subscription?
Not for the API. You buy tokens when you need more than the grant. Buying tokens does not raise your rate tier: Pro and Enterprise are set per account by arrangement, and the dashboard shows what applies to yours.
Which endpoints does a free key not cover?
The ones that spend castomAPI's own money or a shared quota: SERP and paid search, weather and geocoding, Google Trends, the UX audit, image search, domain lookup, and the headless-Chrome and OCR routes. A free key gets a 403 on those, and the call is not billed.
What does an integration call cost?
The same as a utility call — typically one token — plus whatever the platform itself charges you, which is nothing for most of them, because the connection is your own account.
Can I see what I spent?
GET /wallet/ledger is free and lists every debit with its endpoint and time; the dashboard shows the same, with charts by endpoint.
